We allow the account that has claimed the business to leave feedback directly below the review. Click the blue "reply" link to respond to the review.
What should I do if there is something inappropriate in a review?
Use the flag button next to the review. This will open a form which will allow you to state your objection. We will then review this with our team and remove all inappropriate statements.
How does Net30Advisor ensure fairness?
After a review is submitted, we have a staff member review each one. In addition, we collect data from the user submitting the review to ensure fairness and the integrity of our review database.
