Order was placed at a trade show. We shipped the items as agreed. Once we shipping communication stopped. All I could get a hold of in the store was a teenager that said his uncle was sending a check ASAP. I got the same story over and over. Eventually I filed with small claims in AK courts. Once I did that I finally got paid. The owner of this store also runs a store call Gem Heaven. A google search of him will reveal other issues with the owner/stores.
